We ship worldwide, with all shipments sent from our warehouse in Spain. We use Spanish Post service (REGISTERED AIRMAIL ONLY) for both local and international shipments.

Due the current COVID-19 pandemica and the lack of flights for postal services, estimated delivery times are as follows.

Spain: 2-7 (business) days
Europe: 1-6 weeks
Rest of the world: 2-10 weeks
* Destinations such as Africa, South America and several Asian countries may take up to 14 weeks.

Bear in mind that HEAVY DELIVERY DELAYS continue as service providers deal with high volume of parcels and global service disruptions. We urge you to be patient at this difficult time.

Shipments to Asia (except for Japan), Africa, Oceania, North & South America (except for the US) and a few Euopean countries (Italy, Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, Poland, etc) are sent by Registered Airmail.

RETURN POLICY


We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return it to us within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Please contact us at [email protected] within the 14-day time period for return instructions. Please reference your order number when requesting a return authorization. We reserve the right not to accept for refund any product returned.

Additional exceptions to the return policy:

You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Returned items must be unused, meaning the shrink wrap was not removed. Only unopened and sealed CDs, and vinyl albums may be returned.
